I absolutely enjoyed everything about this restaurant

I was seated immediately by warm and welcoming staff. Everyone that I encountered was AMAZING! Last night was my first time visiting and my waiter took the time to explain the menu to me and offer some suggestions. I ended up ordering the oxtails with rice and peas and plantains. Amazing!!! The vibe and ambiance of the restaurant was definitely it. I don't live in Tampa but I would definitely make the 2 hour drive to try different items on their menu.
